I am Neeraj Kumar Saini, and I had the privilege of serving as a teacher and Head Master at Mount Carmel Christian Academy for over seven years. MCCA was more than a workplace it was a second home that shaped me both professionally and personally. Beyond academics, MCCA nurtured confidence, creativity, and leadership, shaping students into independent thinkers. The strong sense of community among students, teachers, and parents made learning truly enriching. I am grateful to everyone who was part of this journey.
